This is not a large modern hotel but it is clean and well maintained. The location on the Intracoastal waterway is within walking distance to fine dining, the marina and a safe beautiful walking path. This was our second visit and we will stay there again on our next trip to Jupiter

If you have allergies and/or need access to consistent Internet, this is probably not the Hotel for you. When we checked in, our room smelled funny and didn’t feel clean, but I hoped during our extended stay, it would get better. The housekeeping staff is so kind and very conscientious but my partner’s allergies continued to get worse and I heard other guests complaining about dirty air conditioners. I did some inspecting and found the black mold in the carpet as you see in the photo. The Internet goes in and out by the hour. The only thing really edible on the breakfast is the cold cereal. Great location and comfy beds.

Room smelled like cat pee, mini fridge smelled musty, and the shower curtain was completely ineffective at keeping water in the shower and off the rest of the bathroom floor. No wonder the cleaning staff was so pushy about collecting our towels everyday (they were probably running out of clean ones). That said, Bill at the front desk was great but I still won’t ever stay here again and especially not for the price.

Joe at the front desk is the worst person encountered on our trip. He would not honor the price shown on the Best Western app. He kept saying that it was a third part rate. I showed him the app on my phone with my name and member number and still insisted it wasn't the Best Western and was a third party. I had just used the app the night before at the Best Western Riverside near Macon. Awesome service there, by the way.

Updated rooms with a nice hot breakfast buffet make this value hotel a great non-beach front choice. It is only a few minutes from great restaurants and the Maltz Jupiter theater (which is why we were there) and beach access at a public park on the Atlantic. Front desk guru, Bill, offered lots of recommendations.
